Success for RITEH

The CEEPUS Network Tender for the academic year 2018/2019 was completed at the recent meeting of the International Commission for Central European Studies (CEEPUS) in Vienna and the positively assessed networks were thus allocated mobility quota. Out of the 100 registered CEEPUS networks, the first place was taken up by the network of the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Rijeka.
It is the CIII-HR-0108-12-1819 network, "Concurrent Product and Technology Development - Teaching, Research and Implementation of Joint Programs Oriented in Production and Industrial Engineering", which brings together 22 higher education institutions from CEEPUS participating countries, within which the exchange of students of all levels and teaching staff has taken place for the twelfth year in a row. According to Prof. Zlatan Car, Ph.D., the network's chief coordinator, the network served as an excellent foundation for numerous joint doctoral and master theses, publications, patents and projects in other programs. More than 100 different Croatian higher education institutions will participate in at least 65 CEEPUS networks in the next academic year.
