InnovaLab

The pavilion called InnovaLab is an innovation laboratory conceived as an annex, i.e., an addition to the existing building of the Science and Technology Park of the University of Rijeka (StepRi), which will serve as a stimulating space for students, professors, and researchers to learn, conduct research, and present innovations. The venue can be used for both the needs of the economy and industry and the community.

The flexible ground-floor building can be divided, with curtains, into smaller functional units, depending on the needs, to support different phases of project development and encourage researchers and students to realize their potential fully. The multipurpose space of the annex can be transformed into one larger classroom (with a capacity of up to 80 seats) or two smaller ones, or, alternatively, space for workshops, an office, an exhibition space, etc.

InnovaLab, located on the UNIRI Campus, is a joint project of the Primorje-Gorski kotar County and the University of Rijeka.
