Professors from the Faculty of Law at the University of Rijeka have been elected to leading positions in the Croatian Center of the European Law Institute, a non-profit organization dedicated to the study of European law, which is one of the leaders in the study of this legal discipline. The organization operates through its centers (so-called hubs), one of which is Croatian. Assoc. Prof. Emilia Mišćenić, Ph.D., was elected as the co-head of the Croatian hub, along with three other members of that body.
The following were elected to the Advisory Board of the Croatian Center: Prof. Edita Čulinović Herc, Ph.D., and Prof. Zvonimir Slakoper, Ph.D., along with two other members of other domestic institutions.
