The European Open Science Cloud (EOSC) aims to provide researchers with a secure environment for storing, analyzing and reusing data for research, innovation and educational purposes, regardless of the discipline in which they operate. Through the EOSC, the European Union wants to take a leading role in the management of research data and to ensure that European scientists can reap the full benefits of data-driven science.
The EOSC Secretariat has issued a brief information booklet offering an overview of the structure and responsibilities of the EOSC, its activities, as well as strategic priorities for the future.
For more information, you can also visit the EOSC Portal, which provides access to its data, services and resources. More detailed information on the EOSC initiative is available on the portal, including examples of best practice and customer experience.
