The YUFE Career Development Track Programme is designed for professional service staff within our Alliance and aims to foster and support professional and personal (career) development as well as mutual learning and experience and knowledge sharing.
The first call of this programme will target HR experts and staff in HR Recruitment & Selection containing sessions about the European context, career development, new trends/skills and aims to enhance the exchange between YUFE institutions. There are two (2) places available for each YUFE university. The career development track for HR Recruitment & Selection experts is a track of nearly a year. There will be online activities, and two activities that involve traveling (Brussels, Belgium) and Torun, Poland). Participants are strongly recommended to network in between the sessions and after the career development track.
