The “Eugen Ionescu” program allows researchers from member or observer countries of the OIF and Algeria, from higher education institutions that are members of the AUF, to benefit from a 3-month research mobility in one of the 28 higher education institutions in Romania.
The international call for applications is open until March 28, 2021 (11 p.m. Bucharest time, GMT+2).
The “Eugen Ionescu” program is funded by the Government of Romania, through the Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The effective management of these scholarships is coordinated by the Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie, whose experience in this type of program is internationally recognized.
