Ayurveda Course for Beginners

Since 2016, the Ministry of Ayush, Government of India celebrates Ayurveda Day on the occasion of celebrating Dhanwantari Jayanti and undertakes various activities globally on Ayurveda4Health. This year’s Ayurveda Day will be celebrated on November 13, 2020.

The Indian Government cooperates with local organizations/institutes, and embassies of India throughout the world, and actively promotes Indian culture, tradition, and customs.

This year, to mark the occasion, the National Institute of Ayurveda, Jaipur organizes a three-day course titled “Introductory Ayurveda Course for Beginners”, from 9 to 11 November 2020. The course has been specifically designed to introduce the basic concepts of Ayurveda, one of the world’s oldest holistic healing systems based on the belief that health and wellness depend on a delicate balance between the mind, body, and spirit.
