The YUFE Staff Programme offers mobility and training opportunities for staff members of all universities within the YUFE Alliance. Training sessions may consist of teaching activities (for academic staff) or training activities such as job shadowing, professional development courses, and specific competence-building training for all staff groups.
(1) “German A2”
German A2 is a course intended for students with some previous experience in German who have already reached the A1.2 level of proficiency. The primary goal of instruction is placed on expanding grammatical and vocabulary knowledge to broaden students’ communicative skills as well as comprehension of texts. A variety of topics and authentic situations from daily life are used, e.g. making plans, reading travel reports, talking about personal experiences, talking about school and studying, relationships, free time, work, or media. Students also work on expressing personal opinions about a variety of topics.

(2) “German B2”
German B2 is an upper-intermediate course for students with B1.2 German skills. The primary focus is on the development of advanced-level German through reading, listening, speaking, and writing targeting the B2-level. The content is organized around different texts and movies or media. It provides the opportunity to strengthen vocabulary and a systematic overview of advanced grammar.

- Registration deadline: 01-03-2022
- Prerequisites: B1.2 German Proficiency. Please provide us with the proof of a German B1.2 course (completed) or take the Online Placement Test and send the results to yufeszhb@uni-bremen.de.
