Staff mobility from partner universities to the University of Rijeka
The main objective of staff mobility is to let teaching and non-teaching staff of higher education institutions to acquire knowledge and specific know-how from experiences and good practices abroad as well as practical skills relevant for their current job and their professional development. Staff mobility strives towards establishing collaboration between higher education institutions and enterprises; to motivate students and staff to become mobile and assist them in preparing for a mobility period.

Mobility of invited staff from enterprises for teaching at the University of Rijeka
Invited incoming staff from enterprises may apply to the University of Rijeka for Erasmus+ grant for teaching mobility at the University of Rijeka.
Invited staff from enterprises invited to teach at UNIRI may be employed in any public or private organization (not awarded with an ECHE – Erasmus Charter for Higher Education).

Staff with Special Needs
University of Rijeka welcomes Staff with special needs. You are entitled to a higher Erasmus grant to help You with the specific difficulties with which you are faced.Ask the Erasmus coordinator of your home university about the application procedure in your home country (application deadline, where you can obtain the application form, where to submit your application form etc.Your home university along with the National Agency will assess your application and will decide on the additional amount you may receive. UNIRI has an Office for Students and Staff with Special Needs within the University Counseling Center In order to provide conditions for quality and equally accessible education for current and future students with disabilities.
