Lifelong learning – Skills of the Future
The YUFE Alliance, through its Skills of the Future program, aims to offer learning activities that will enable lifelong learners—students, professionals, and citizens—to acquire the skills and knowledge needed in tomorrow’s world.

Managing Complexity, the first group of courses available within the Skills of the Future program, is focused on managing complex situations. The majority of the offerings consist of academic online courses in English that award ECTS credits. These courses are organized by YUFE universities and taught by their experts in the selected fields. Most of the courses require a fee, and upon successful completion, participants receive a certificate from the host university detailing the ECTS credits earned and the learning outcomes achieved.
The educational offerings within the Managing Complexity program are divided into three thematic categories: sustainability, management, and European perspectives.

The YUFE Academy offers a series of events focused on four key areas of the alliance: European identity and responsibility in a global world, citizen well-being, the digital society, and sustainable development. It is open to all interested citizens, students, and staff and offers a variety of activities, including lectures, panels, exhibitions, quizzes, discussions, and workshops, available online, in person, in English, or in the local languages of YUFE partner universities.
